Lawyers who work as mediators are often confronted with ethical dilemmas where what’s right as a mediator isn’t always the same as what’s right as a lawyer. When your role as mediator runs afoul of your role as lawyer, what do you do? Introduction to Mediation Ethics offers lawyers guidance on their responsibilities and standards in the mediation process.
